He has a strong belief in the potential for human growth and he believes that it is the responsibility of the present generation to create the leaders for tomorrow and that if we can instill the right values & empower them with leadership qualities, these individuals will be the pride of our nation and assets to the society at large.

He is a person for whom education at every level is a passion. In the rural areas his focus is on providing quality education at affordable price, while in tribal area his emphasis is on education aimed at instilling self confidence and self reliance. His main focus is on inclusion of the differently able children into mainstream educational institutes.
